Postal Operations Coordinator

As a Mail Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our mail services.
">Job Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including enveloping, stamping, and sorting, to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain postal records and logs to guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Facilitate team communication by maintaining clear and consistent communication within the team and with other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- US or Australian citizenship.
- US Secret clearance or an Australian NV-1 clearance.
- At least two years of experience in USPS or AUS Mail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of mail processes and postal regulations.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
- Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
