Are you interested in developing a new trade skill? We are seeking candidates who thrive in a structured work environment with daily tasks. Two individuals will be trained as Pool Resurfacing Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pool surfaces using grinders and stripping tools
  • Paint the surface to ensure durability
  • Apply fibreglass laminating for added strength
  • Lay tiles on the resurfaced pool area
  • Grout the tiles for a seamless finish
  • Clean up the site after each job
  • Perform general labour duties as required
  • Lift heavy equipment with ease

As a successful candidate, you will need your own vehicle and be willing to travel around Greater Sydney (all suburbs). Tools and petrol allowance are provided.

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • Will to learn new skills and solve problems while prioritising quality
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently if needed
