Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at the Australian Defence Force. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of water reticulation, drainage, and treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair water reticulation, drainage, and treatment systems
  • Provide plumbing support to deployed infrastructure
  • Work in deployed conditions, both within Australia and overseas
  • Support other trades in the performance of their duties
  • Participate in ground defence exercises and provide temporary water reticulation and sewage treatment services
Career Progression

As a Plumbing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to progress to the rank of Corporal. With further training in construction and project management, you can advance to the rank of Sergeant, Works Supervisor, and eventually Warrant Officer.

Available positions for training are dependent upon workforce requirements.
