Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our Christmas Casuals roster.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and contribute to the success of our store.

As a Christmas Casual, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers find their perfect products and providing exceptional customer service.

Every shift is different, with opportunities to work in stock receipt, packing online orders, or simply making sure our store looks its best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Support your team to meet sales targets by working collaboratively and sharing ideas.
  • Maintain stock levels by receiving, restocking, and displaying products in a visually appealing manner.
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
  • Keep the store tidy and visually appealing to create a positive shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
What We're Looking For
  • Availability from October to mid-January, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative and make decisions.
