**Male Support Worker Opportunity in Redbank Plains, QLD**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide support to a participant under the NDIS in the Redbank Plains area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in disability, mental health, or community support and possess a strong understanding of person-centred and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities include providing daily living assistance and companionship, supporting community access and social engagement, and assisting with personal care and hygiene.

We also require the ability to help with domestic tasks and meal preparation, encourage independence and emotional well-being, and maintain accurate records and progress notes.

Requirements for this role include a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, current First Aid & CPR certification, valid Australian Driver's License, and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module. Additionally, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have a professional, empathetic, and respectful approach to care.

This is a casual opportunity with an expected 10 hours per week and pay rate of $30.00 - $45.00 per hour. The successful candidate will work in-person in the Redbank Plains area.
