Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to lead our veterinary clinic and ensure exceptional patient care and client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, manage staff, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of veterinary professionals and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and client service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient operation of the clinic, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance to ensure compliance with veterinary standards and regulations.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the regional management team to achieve financial targets and budgets, monitoring and managing clinic financial performance.
  • Marketing and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to attract new clients and engage with the local community to build awareness of our services.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (Desirable)
  • Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role or senior nurse role within the veterinary industry (1-2 years at least)
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of veterinary practice operations and industry regulations, business acumen and financial management skills.
