Occupational Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will work with a diverse caseload of adult and pediatric clients in a balanced ratio.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and design impactful therapy plans in various settings, including clients' homes, day centers, parks, and even at the beach.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Innovate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including OTs, speech pathologists, PBS practitioners, and physios, to handle complex cases and explore new treatment approaches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
  • Hold a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Be willing to obtain an NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
  • Ideal role for a new-grad (registered with AHPRA) or an early-career OT with up to 4 years of experience.
