Our purpose is to expand the way the world sees beauty by empowering individuals. As a Floor Manager, you will be our Senior Beauty Advisor and play a key role in leading the store team in a fast-paced retail environment to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving this goal, which involves embodying the Sephora DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience, driving a selling culture, and utilizing reporting data to inform operational decisions.

As a member of the Management team, you will have the opportunity to work across all categories from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, including people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising. You should also be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.

The ideal candidate will be open to working a rotating roster to support store needs, passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail, and driven to maintain a strong and positive culture within the store team.
