About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in providing community-based allied health services to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Job Overview
  • This is a mobile role, allowing you to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients.
  • You will provide evidence-based services through multiple delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.
Responsibilities
  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with various disabilities.
  • Work within the NDIS framework to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
  • Manage a varied caseload and document client interactions accurately.
  • Meet professional expectations, such as meeting billables and effective client management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions as required.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • Discipline-specific professional registration (AHPRA).
  • A Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or a valid exemption.
  • A Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable).
  • A drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Car insurance and Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.
