Job Title: CRM Manager

At our organisation, we are seeking an accomplished CRM Manager to spearhead customer engagement and lifetime value initiatives.

  • Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer interactions and retention.
  • Optimise CRM platforms for seamless integration with e-commerce, POS, and other business systems.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, purchase patterns, and campaign performance to refine CRM initiatives.

We require:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a CRM, customer retention, or loyalty marketing role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalisation, and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with loyalty programmes and customer retention strategies in retail.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
