About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Health Services Manager to lead our Gladstone Clinic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of occupational health professionals to deliver a range of services, including pre-employment medicals, injury management, and workplace rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA.
  • Minimum two years' experience working within workers' compensation schemes, specialising in workplace rehabilitation or claims management.
  • Proven track record in mentoring team members and inspiring excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
