We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our passionate Health Services team.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and provide customer-centred assessments and interventions to enhance independence and support healthy ageing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough customer assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
  • Provide clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and rehabilitation needs
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and their families to understand their unique goals and functional abilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in case conferences to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with innovative projects in technology-enabled care and contribute to its development

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Possess a genuine passion for enhancing the health and wellness of older adults through evidence-based services
  • Experience in aged care is highly regarded, but a passion for working with older people is essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to deliver customer-centred care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Proactive approach to service and professional development
  • Satisfactory National Criminal History Check for Aged Care
