Job Description

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated individuals to join our teams at various stores:

  • Berrimah Home
  • Casuarina

As an individual in this role, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores, in addition to

  • Providing assistance across multiple areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house tasks.
  • Offering a high level of customer service including pre, during, and post-sale interactions.
  • Contributing to the brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Please note, team members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October to the start of February). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
