About the Role:

  • This is a challenging opportunity to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of statewide strategies, initiatives and projects under the remit of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate.">
  • You will be responsible for overseeing expert data and financial analysis and advice related to the performance of strategies and projects under the remit of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate.">
  • The role involves providing support and guidance to the broader Integrated Care Systems Team in the implementation and evaluation of strategies, initiatives and projects and monitoring and reporting on achievement of identified outcomes and projected benefits.">
  • You will provide significant contribution to the Integrated Care Systems Leadership Team, supporting the Executive Director to achieve goals and objectives of the Directorate.">

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of statewide strategies, initiatives and projects under the remit of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate.">
  • Oversee expert data and financial analysis and advice related to the performance of strategies and projects under the remit of the Integrated Care Systems Directorate.">
  • Provide support and guidance to the broader Integrated Care Systems Team in the implementation and evaluation of strategies, initiatives and projects.">
  • Monitor and report on achievement of identified outcomes and projected benefits.">
  • Contribute to the Integrated Care Systems Leadership Team, supporting the Executive Director to achieve goals and objectives of the Directorate.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as healthcare, business or public administration.">
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.">
  • Expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.">
