Key Responsibilities
  • BulletShelving and Merchandising:
  • Build, maintain and rotate shelving units, execute planograms and move products as needed
  • Planogram Execution & Compliance:
  • Develop and implement visually appealing store layouts that meet company standards
  • Store Support:
  • Collaborate with store personnel to resolve issues, achieve sales targets and drive customer engagement
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records using mobile devices and provide regular updates to management
  • Time Management:
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to work efficiently under pressure
Requirements
  • You must be over 18 and have full working rights in Australia
  • Hold a current State Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Enjoy manual labor and possess attention to detail
  • Be physically fit, with no impairments to bending and lifting
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people
  • Prior experience in hardware or grocery merchandising is advantageous
