We are seeking an ambitious and driven Graduate to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience using various technologies, tools, and processes to develop effective approved solutions.

You will participate in all stages of the engineering lifecycle, adopting a systems-based approach to engineering. Some of your key duties will include:

  • Designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging software products that contain logical and mathematical solutions to customer mission problems.
  • Being actively engaged in the planning, conduct, and coordination of professional software development activities.
  • Building, sharing, and applying knowledge of computer hardware and software frameworks and methods to develop software.
  • Collaborating to ensure professional software processes and standards applicable to the mission domain are met.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have recently completed or be completing your bachelor of software engineering, computer science, or IT qualification by July 2026. You will also need to have a high learning aptitude and a drive to constantly update your knowledge in a dynamic environment. We look for graduates with outstanding communication skills who have the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels.

  • Bachelor of software engineering, computer science, or IT qualification.
