This dynamic and innovative organisation, Perigon Group, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst/Accountant to play a pivotal role in their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals under the guidance of a supportive Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Preparation and submission of month-end financial reports
  • Conducting margin analysis and providing insightful recommendations
  • Managing monthly invoicing and reporting processes
  • Reviewing and analysing contractual documentation
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement reporting solutions
  • Conducting variance analysis and forecasting to inform business decisions
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts
  • Designing and implementing financial models to provide in-depth analysis
  • Partnering with the business to provide strategic finance support
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified CA/CPA with prior experience in financial and commercially-focused finance roles. You will possess strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
