We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Business Development Specialist to join our team at Penske Australia.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to promote and sell parts and service products and options for the on-highway market in Western Australia, covering major brands such as Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle, and Detroit.

As an Aftersales Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth in parts and service sales, expanding business and customer relationships throughout the region by continuously seeking, identifying, and pursuing new opportunities.

You will work closely with the broader Penske Australia team to generate and promote ongoing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell parts and service products and options for the on-highway market in Western Australia.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth in parts and service sales, expanding business and customer relationships throughout the region.
  • Create and maintain sound relationships with customers, dealers, and OEMs.
  • Utilize lead and opportunity management under the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar industry or role, with a track record of delivering new business growth.
  • Relationship management experience with a strong customer focus.
  • Ability to build industry contacts and network to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable.
