Your role will involve leading the implementation of analytics solutions, utilizing platforms such as Adobe or Google Analytics, starting from a strategic measurement framework to execution and continuous improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business objectives and challenges.
  • Employ a proactive mindset to identify problems, formulating hypotheses and deriving actionable insights from diverse data sets, including eCommerce and digital media.
  • Generate detailed reports and dashboards that provide clients with critical insights into their business performance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of data platforms.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
  • Set up and manage website tagging and analytics tools for site implementations, including custom events and metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders, effectively communicating insights through data visualization techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Proven experience with Google Analytics, including implementation expertise.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, and Launch is preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely is highly valued.
  • Understanding of campaign tracking methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and the broader Google 360 suite is advantageous.
  • Basic coding skills for data manipulation are beneficial.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey insights confidently and narrate data stories effectively.
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude, with a commitment to achieving optimal outcomes for all projects.
