Land Management Administration and Development Officer is a key role in supporting the delivery of ongoing professional development and career progression for our people.

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing administrative support and digital literacy training to rangers and field staff while maintaining land management data and information systems, as well as supporting LM staff to use these systems effectively.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package;
  • Generous salary packaging (maximum $29,000 annually);
  • Ongoing district allowance (circa $3,760 for an individual or $6,900 with dependents);
  • Yearly airfare allowance (circa $1,560);
  • Relocation assistance, should you be moving to the region;
  • Subsidised, fully furnished accommodation for the first four months.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and demonstrate that they meet essential criteria. They must also have an ochre card (working with vulnerable people check) and national police clearance.

Benefits

The total effective package includes base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, relocation assistance, annual airfare allowance, and salary packaging options. Annual progression within the salary scale is subject to satisfactory performance.
