Early Childhood Educator Opportunity
This is a chance to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young child while working in a smaller ratio and flexible hours setting. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will provide an engaging age-appropriate educational program for one 21-month-old child in their family home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive educational plan tailored to the child's needs and interests
• Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development
• Establish strong relationships with the child and their family, maintaining open communication and collaboration
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and adhere to relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Hold a Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
• Possess current First Aid and CPR certificates (HLTAID0011 and HLTAID009)
• Be registered for Working with Children Check and hold a valid Police Clearance
• Have Liability insurance and Medical Clearance
• Maintain Professional Development through regular training and workshops
Work Arrangements:
• Part-time position with flexible hours
• Work in a family home setting with a single parent family
• Collaborate with the family to develop a schedule that meets their needs and your availability
