Lead Scalable Data Engineering Solutions

As a key member of our high-performance team, you will be responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable data engineering solutions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance our technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT with a strong background in systems development support and maintenance. A degree in Computer Science or related field is also required. Additionally, you should have deep expertise in ETL design development and performance tuning using Informatica PowerCenter and related tools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting and designing robust ETL solutions to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving development workflows and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Offering expert advice on technical issues, solutions, and best practices across development teams.

Requirements include:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field with a major in Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in IT with a strong background in systems development support and maintenance.
  • Deep expertise in ETL design development and performance tuning using Informatica PowerCenter and related tools.
  • Strong database management skills across Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata with proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
