Job Title: Senior Data and Information Manager

Role Summary

This leadership position is pivotal in driving delivery in digital health to improve patient care for regional Victorians. As a highly experienced Project Manager, you will lead key initiatives to uplift digital maturity and connect care.

  • Strategic thinker with experience in best practice implementation and resource management
  • Proactive problem-solver capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Knowledge of project and program success factors and delivery methodologies
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Enjoys working with people, mentoring, and leading high-performance teams
  • Experience presenting to Executives, Boards, and Senior Leadership
  • Customer service focus
About the Role

The Hume Digital Health Program has implemented a single PAS (i.PM), a regional integration engine (Rhapsody), and a regional platform for clinical care access (Miya Precision). The region is preparing for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and expanding the use of My Health Record and connecting to Victoria's UPI.
