About Us

About the Role

The Grill Master is responsible for all day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes while adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.

About You

We're looking for a friendly & outgoing individual with a strong work ethic & a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists. If you have some experience in the food industry – great, however, it's not an essential requirement. All you need is a vibrant personality, a love for Mexican, and a willingness to learn.
