- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Infection Control & Safety:
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Assist in the prevention of hospital-acquired infections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and patient care standards.
- Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and hospital standards regarding documentation.
- Emergency & Critical Care:
- Provide emergency care in critical situations, including CPR and life-saving measures.
- Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in emergency settings.
- Education:
- A valid Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or region of employment.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in Community nursing.
- Experience in specific specialties (e.g., ER, ICU, Pediatrics) may be required based on department needs.
- Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of medical equipment, clinical procedures, and patient care technologies.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.
