Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader in early childhood education to join our dedicated team and lead a thriving childcare centre where excellence is the standard.

As a Centre Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead and mentor a committed team, and ensure our centre meets and exceeds all regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure daily operations align with all compliance and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
  • Build strong relationships with families, the local community, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support staff through assessment and rating processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the childcare or early learning sector.

Proven track record in managing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Education and Care Services National Regulations, and all relevant legislation.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, staff retention, and positive workplace culture.

Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
