About this opportunity

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and are looking to start a career in customer service. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers at our branch, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, breakdowns, portable toilet pump runs
  • You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
  • Liaising with suppliers to support our customers

Requirements
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
