Overview

We are seeking a Product Packaging Operations Specialist to join our team at Regency Park. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our packaging machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy machinery equipment to maintain a continuous flow of product
  • Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery
  • Manage production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring
  • Prepare and complete accurate records
  • Clean and perform housekeeping duties
  • Commit to quality assurance and completion of quality checks as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of previous experience with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment
  • A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
  • An understanding of HACCP and GMP with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability
  • A flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time while maintaining safe working techniques
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
