We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Central Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work in a dynamic environment with multiple vacancies available.
About the Role
This position requires a skilled nurse to work across the Emergency Department and General Ward, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative healthcare team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department and General Ward
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements
* Current Australian Nursing Licence (ALSC)
* Current Public Liability Insurance (PALSTriage) certification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
