A highly respected national law firm, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services and in-depth industry knowledge, is expanding its dynamic Property team in Queensland. This esteemed organization serves a diverse range of clients, including some of the largest companies in Australia and various government agencies, offering a comprehensive range of legal services.
The team's client base comprises a mix of local and international entities, from renewable energy developers and real estate trusts to major commercial property owners and developers. With significant growth in the practice, they are eager to bring on board a motivated individual ready to make a meaningful impact.

In addition to a competitive salary of around AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits to support your well-being and professional growth:

Your Role in the Team
In this role, you'll engage in a broad spectrum of high-profile transactions, such as:
- Buying and selling commercial, industrial, and retail real estate
- Managing hotel and resort acquisitions
- Participating in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery, waste-to-hydrogen)
- Structuring joint ventures
- Providing titling advice for property developments
- Negotiating environmental offset arrangements
- Drafting infrastructure agreements
- Securing regulatory approvals
- Advising on project financing and foreign investment applications
You'll work on deals across Australia, collaborating with both domestic and international clients.
We're seeking someone who brings:
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial property law, ideally with exposure to renewable energy
- Strong drafting skills and a sharp commercial mindset
- Experience managing files independently and in collaboration with senior lawyers
- A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
- Confidence in client-facing roles and business development activities
- The ability to handle multiple matters and prioritise effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
