Technical Leadership Opportunity

We seek an experienced and passionate software engineer to guide our talented development team. As a technical leader and mentor, you will be responsible for architecture, design, development, and deployment of sophisticated applications and services that directly impact our clients.

You will play a crucial part in mentoring engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring quality and scalability of our software solutions. Ability to obtain public trust is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a technical leader and mentor to team members
  • Follow and contribute to modernized SDLC
  • Write well-formatted, reusable, safe, scalable, testable, and documented code as a team
  • Create automated tests with each capability
  • Maintain a healthy work-life balance through open communication with your team

Ideal Candidates

  • 3-5 years experience developing with Python
  • Have experience writing readable and quality Python code
  • Manage their own schedules while meeting team commitments
  • Understand automated testing and make it a part of their daily activities
  • Show a capacity to learn new technologies and software design patterns
  • Know when to ask for help when needed
  • Have working experience with MVC, SQLAlchemy, pandas
