Automotive Customer Service Representative

About the Role
You will be responsible for managing customer needs and accurately detailing requirements to our workshop team for timely vehicle repair and delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Advisor or someone with strong customer service skills looking to grow and develop into the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls in an efficient and professional manner.
- Manage and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Liaise with customers and service technicians.
- Discuss mechanical repairs and estimated costs with customers.
- Manage tyre and wheel alignment sales.
- Manage online service bookings.
Key Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure within a team environment.
- Motivated, reliable and hard-working individual with a positive approach.
- Excellent customer service skills as the first point of contact to our customers.
- Sound computer skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Prior experience in a similar automotive role is beneficial.
