Job Title: Production Manager

The Opportunity

You will oversee repair methods, quality assurance, and ensure estimates are followed, all while making quality the top priority as a production manager in our collision repair workshop.

As a leader, you will support the Centre Manager and take charge of guiding, managing, and developing our production staff. This is your chance to advance your leadership skills and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar management role within the collision repair industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set and adhere to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel.
  • The ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team.
