We are seeking a skilled Senior CAD Support Officer to join our Perth office at Sedgman.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with design teams, creating and maintaining engineering software tools, conducting testing and debugging, providing technical support, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

The role will require ensuring all CAD specific technical issues are addressed through the Service Desk, managing updates and new rollouts to engineering applications, working closely with software providers and the Service Desk Team, and identifying potential improvements in the CAD system.

Applicants should possess tertiary level qualifications in Engineering, ITC or related field, relevant senior technical qualifications, and 7-10 years of experience working in an Engineering environment supporting, customising, and developing the Autodesk Suite of applications.
