About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Ballina. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Provide cleaning and household support to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping: Help with meal preparation and grocery shopping to ensure our customers' nutritional needs are met.
  • Social Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to our customers, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Transportation: Assist with transportation to appointments and social activities.
  • Complex Care: Provide specialized care for customers with complex needs, such as dementia.

Requirements
  • Current P1 Class or Above Australian Drivers License: Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a registered vehicle.
  • Compassion and Empathy: Demonstrate a genuine care and compassion for our customers.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be able to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability: Be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
