Exciting Opportunity for a Building Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Building Auditor to join our esteemed client in undertaking critical projects across regional and metro Victoria.

Our client, a leading company in the building consultancy and asset management sector, employs cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to provide assessment, data management, and reporting services to both government and private entities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough condition and compliance assessments on commercial buildings and facilities.
  • Identify and document building materials and various building elements.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and upload for each project.
  • Prepare highly detailed and precise reports for each assessment.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accuracy and work quality consistently.

Your Ideal Background:

  • A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
  • Prior experience in conducting building fabric assessments or preparing condition reports.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to compose high-quality reports.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • A professional demeanor and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: experience with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • The ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
