About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Village Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Emmaus Village. As a Village Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our Health and Wellness Team and Dementia Support Consultant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents living with dementia.

Your key responsibilities will include building and developing meaningful relationships with residents, creating an environment that encourages villagers to maintain their personal identity, and assisting and supporting them with daily tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, experience working with aged people living with dementia or in community services, and excellent interpersonal skills. We offer a supportive work environment, competitive remuneration package, and access to professional learning and development opportunities.
