We are seeking a talented Strategic P&L Manager to join our Finance team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic financial plans and initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and drive growth through effective financial planning and decision-making.

This role requires a high level of financial expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial models and forecasts.
  • Analyzing complex financial data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement strategic financial plans and initiatives.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge of financial regulations and laws.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as Consumer Goods, FMCG, and Retail.
  • Experience in both well-established MNCs and start-up environments is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, on top of financial expertise.
  • A strong track record of business partnering to drive growth plans, improving profitability, managing forecast and risks & opportunities.
  • The ability to effectively partner with and/or challenge senior leadership.
  • Able to handle multiple projects & priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to analyze complex business & financial topics, simplify and drive action to multi-functional teams.
  • A hands-on and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strategic mindset as well as strong operational agility.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional financial modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in Business Analytics systems such as Power BI is preferred.
