Job Title:

Accounts Payable Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all creditor invoices related to job and general ledger purchases.
  • Ensure timely entry and coding of invoices for all divisions.
  • Allocate expenses accurately to relevant jobs/servers in accounting software for project costing.
  • Reconcile and process travel expenses, including flights and accommodation.
  • Liaise with project managers and internal teams to verify invoice allocations and approvals.
  • Assist with end-of-month reporting and cost tracking as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or finance administration, ideally in mining, construction, or project services.
  • Experience using accounting software or similar systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cost centers or jobs.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced finance team.
