Motor Claims Officer Job Description- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to manage motor claims in line with set procedures and policies.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in motor or general insurance claims is advantageous but not essential.
- A passion for making a difference and helping people in their time of need.
- An engaging and courteous phone manner with the ability to type and talk concurrently.
- Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks.

- Provide exceptional operational and customer service experience for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage motor claims using appropriate external and internal specialists to achieve settlement outcomes efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a highly empathetic approach.
