Optical Dispenser and Keyholder Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.

Key performance indicators include building meaningful relationships with our clients, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience.
  • Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
  • Confident, clear and effective communication skills.
  • Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships.
  • Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner.

They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
