As a seasoned retail leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our store operations and driving customer satisfaction. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating your team to bring their best selves to work, ensuring we meet key performance indicators and in-store targets.

You will mentor and provide feedback to your team members, driving their professional development and contributing to the success of our business. You will also work closely with the state and regional management teams to lead the MECCA store experience.

Responsibilities include ensuring smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational effectiveness and implement process improvements.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Minimum 1 year of directly or indirectly managing a team in a retail environment
  • A minimum of 2 years directly or indirectly managing a team in a retail environment for Retail Managers
  • Experience in driving and delivering exceptional customer service in a high-energy environment
  • Strong focus on operational effectiveness with an understanding of back-of-house operations
  • Ability to influence, coach and mentor others while building relationships built on trust, empathy and transparency
