Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert procurement advice and assurance on the development and compliance review of procurement plans and minutes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in applying the Commonwealth Government procurement framework, including the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and emerging Whole of Australian Government requirements.
- Experience in undertaking end-to-end procurement, including reviewing and providing constructive advice on procurement plans, approval minutes, contracts, and evaluation reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and strategic directions.
