We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Professional Leader to join our team as a Team Leader in the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service. This is a fixed-term temporary position, working full-time, with a classification of HP5, Nurse Grade 7.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced level professional, clinical, operational, and strategic leadership to the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service.
- Work in partnership with the Director of Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service and the visiting Consultant Psychiatry Service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery of mental health services.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve service goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in mental health leadership and management.
- Strong clinical and operational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
