Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Professional Leader to join our team as a Team Leader in the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service. This is a fixed-term temporary position, working full-time, with a classification of HP5, Nurse Grade 7.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced level professional, clinical, operational, and strategic leadership to the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service.
  • Work in partnership with the Director of Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service and the visiting Consultant Psychiatry Service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery of mental health services.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in mental health leadership and management.
  • Strong clinical and operational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
