An exciting opportunity is available for a course-credit internship that provides practical experience and insight into the sports industry, focusing on consultancy, research, and analytics.
Throughout the internship, you will work closely with a Graduate Analyst or Analyst, gaining firsthand experience in data collection, evaluation, and analysis. Interns will have the chance to learn how to interpret data and derive insights that influence commercial strategies within the sports sector.
The internship responsibilities include:
- Utilizing internal tools and software for data collection and storage as required by analysts.
- Gathering and refining sports match data to identify trends in audience engagement and brand visibility, enhancing your Excel proficiency.
- Conducting analysis to understand camerawork patterns and brand exposure drivers during sports broadcasts, encouraging creative thinking through sports observation.
- Summarizing trends from sports fan surveys.
- Performing various administrative tasks that demand a keen attention to detail.
Desired qualifications:
- A strong interest in sports and the business aspects of sports and entertainment.
- A motivated and proactive self-starter.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A solid academic background.
- Preferably, experience with Excel.
Internship Eligibility:
