Job Summary

The Senior Software Development Manager is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.

  • Leads and mentors cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery excellence.
  • Fosters an innovative and high-performing team culture that encourages accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Aligns with other Development Managers to ensure consistent best practices, shared knowledge, and coordinated growth initiatives across teams.

This strategic position plays a critical role in project planning, stakeholder engagement, technical vision, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a software development leadership role, managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on technical experience with .NET Framework, SQL Server, SSRS, Power BI, Microsoft Windows Server, and Internet Information Services (IIS).
