Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct timely patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, incorporating principles of family-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, document progress, and administer medications as prescribed.
  • Assess and address educational needs of patients and their families, providing teaching and support as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in nursing, preferably in acute care or ICU settings.
  • Valid national license to practice nursing, BLS certification, and ACLS relevant to area of specialty.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and fluency in English.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
