Position Overview
We are actively seeking skilled professionals to fulfill the role of Civil Contractors Quality Representative. This position is integral to our operations in the civil construction sector, focusing on the quality assurance of infrastructure projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Civil Contractors Quality Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections throughout all stages of infrastructure project execution to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Providing expert guidance to clients regarding any challenges encountered during project delivery.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in TMR Projects, either in a similar capacity or as a Civil Site Engineer with a robust background in Quality Assurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of TMR Policies & Procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Formal education in Civil Studies or relevant industry certifications, such as a Bachelor of Civil Technology or Diploma of Civil Engineering.

Work Schedule
The expected working hours will range from 36 to 50 hours per week, with potential weekend shifts based on project demands. Flexibility is essential as projects may require travel to regional or remote areas.
