The Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex multi-faceted programs of work, taking ownership of significant systems change with key customers. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for introducing programmatic governance, tracking, and reporting, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish relationships with functional leaders across RLDatix to ensure effective program delivery.
  2. Support the mobilisation of programs and delivery teams, including establishing governance forums, defining roles and responsibilities, and holding key program members accountable.
  3. Collaborate with the Operations Manager on program design, implementation, and management as part of day-to-day management.
  4. Manage all aspects of program governance, control, and quality, including meetings and forums to ensure program benefits are realised.
  5. Support the definition of appropriate KPIs and success criteria against which program delivery and benefits realisation can be measured.
  6. Coordinate processes and controls supporting effective delivery in partnership with customers and other business functions.
  7. Provide accurate and timely reporting on program aspects, ensuring risks and issues are identified, controlled, and mitigated where necessary.
  8. Work proactively with internal stakeholders to deliver consistently high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrable portfolio, program, or PMO experience and software/systems projects and change management.
  2. Experience working in a software/technical environment.
  3. Demonstrable track record and sufficient gravitas to deliver positive, high-impact business outcomes and change.
  4. Experience establishing a portfolio management function in a software context business is highly desirable.
  5. PMO/project management-related qualifications highly desirable, such as Agile, MSP, Prince2.
  6. Working in the technology sector is highly desirable.
  7. Sound MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
