Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our competitive package includes performance-based bonuses and a best-in-class employee share program.
Job DescriptionThis permanent role as a Dragline Operator is based at BMA's Peak Downs Mine Site, near Moranbah, Central Queensland. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace, maintaining high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance for mine working procedures, and working cooperatively within a team to achieve safe production targets.

- Current Dragline Operating experience with significant open-cut mining experience
- HR licence or site Heavy Rigid authorisation
- A genuine commitment to safety
- Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through influence
- Motivated, enthusiastic individual who can work with minimal supervision and engage in team operations
- Minimum C Class Driver's licence
